Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 200 gms puffed rice (murmura)


  • 2/3 cups peanuts (mufali dana)


  • 1 tsp garlic paste


  • 1/4 cups dried coconut slices (khopra slices)


  • 10-12 nos curry leaves


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)


  • 2 pinch asafoetida (hing)


  • 2-3 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp salt or as needed


  • 3 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp powdered sugar


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp dry mango powder (amchur)


  • 1 tsp crushed coriander seeds


  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds


  • 2-3 tbsp fried poha


  • 2-3 tbsp sev

Directions

  • Heat oil in a large kadai on low to medium flame. Add peanuts fry for 2-3 minutes. Add khopra slices and fry for 1 minute.
  • Add mustard seed, cumin seeds and curry leaves. Let them splutter. Add garlic paste. saute for 1 minute.
  • Add asafoetida, turmeric powder, salt and red chilli powder. Mix well.
  • Add the murmura, poha and sev. Mix well. Switch off the flame.
  • Add amchur powder and powdered sugar. Mix well.
  • Serve with masala chai. you can store in an air tight container.Enjoy 😊
