Heat oil in a large kadai on low to medium flame. Add peanuts fry for 2-3 minutes. Add khopra slices and fry for 1 minute.
Add mustard seed, cumin seeds and curry leaves. Let them splutter. Add garlic paste. saute for 1 minute.
Add asafoetida, turmeric powder, salt and red chilli powder. Mix well.
Add the murmura, poha and sev. Mix well. Switch off the flame.
Add amchur powder and powdered sugar. Mix well.
Serve with masala chai. you can store in an air tight container.Enjoy 😊
