Serves : 2
  • 2 cups tomato puree

  • 2 cups namkeen thick sev spicy one

  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1 nos finely chopped onion

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1/2 tsp mustard seed

  • 1/2 tsp jeera

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • 1 tsp salt approximately


  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and jeera
  • Let them Splutter .. now add finely chopped onion and saute'till golden brown in colour
  • Now add all spices and saute'till nice aroma comes
  • Now add tomato puree and saute' till it starts leaving sides and oil
  • Now add 1 to 2 glasses of water and salt according to the taste
  • Let the mixture boil properly till oil comes on top
  • For serving take Masala or gravy in serving bowl
  • Add 2 handfuls of spicy thick sev or gathiya , lightly mix it
  • Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot immediately with chapati phulka naan or paratha and enjoy endlessly with family and friends
