Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and jeera
Let them Splutter .. now add finely chopped onion and saute'till golden brown in colour
Now add all spices and saute'till nice aroma comes
Now add tomato puree and saute' till it starts leaving sides and oil
Now add 1 to 2 glasses of water and salt according to the taste
Let the mixture boil properly till oil comes on top
For serving take Masala or gravy in serving bowl
Add 2 handfuls of spicy thick sev or gathiya , lightly mix it
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot immediately with chapati phulka naan or paratha and enjoy endlessly with family and friends
