Rinse fresh tender Jowar in water a couple of times in Pan.
Drain all the water.
Then add the ponk in a grinder jar.
Also add green chilli, garlic, ginger and coriander leaves.
Add cumin seeds and coriander seeds.
Green to a semi fine paste.
Do not add any water while grinding.
Now take the ponk paste in a mixing bowl.
Add onions.
Also add gram flour.
After that add Pinch of turmeric powder, pinch of red chilli powder and white sesame seeds.
Also add salt to taste.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Heat some oil in Pan for deep frying.
Now take a small to medium sized portion of the mixture and flatten it into a vada shape.
Gently place or slide the vada in the hot oil.
Flame should be medium.
Try it until golden brown.
Now remove the fry vadas in one plate.
Place vadas on kitchen paper towels for extra oil to be absorbed.
Serve ponk Vada hot with coriander Mint Chutney.
