Take a Pan.
Turn on the gas.
Medium should be low.
Add sugar powder into it.
Add little water (cover the sugar).
Let the sugar melts.
Stir it in one direction.
When sugar is dissolves add cashew powder into it.
Mix it well.
Stir it in one direction.
Cook it for 2 minutes.
After that add Little ghee and mix it well.
Again add little ghee and stir consistency.
Make sure there will be no lumps.
Add little by little ghee and mix it well.
Stir it in one direction.
Stir until forms into bubbles.
Make sure the flame is low.
After the bubble is forming and mixture become fluffy turn off the flame.
Take a plate and Grease the butter.
Now pour the mixture into it.
Let the ghee become jamed.
After that make the cuts.
And let it cool completely.
After cooling completely serve it.
