  • 3 cups pure cow ghee

  • 1 cups cashew powder

  • 1/2 cups sugar

  • 1 cups water as require


  • Take a Pan.
  • Turn on the gas.
  • Medium should be low.
  • Add sugar powder into it.
  • Add little water (cover the sugar).
  • Let the sugar melts.
  • Stir it in one direction.
  • When sugar is dissolves add cashew powder into it.
  • Mix it well.
  • Stir it in one direction.
  • Cook it for 2 minutes.
  • After that add Little ghee and mix it well.
  • Again add little ghee and stir consistency.
  • Make sure there will be no lumps.
  • Add little by little ghee and mix it well.
  • Stir it in one direction.
  • Stir until forms into bubbles.
  • Make sure the flame is low.
  • After the bubble is forming and mixture become fluffy turn off the flame.
  • Take a plate and Grease the butter.
  • Now pour the mixture into it.
  • Let the ghee become jamed.
  • After that make the cuts.
  • And let it cool completely.
  • After cooling completely serve it.
