Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 nos large potatoes


  • 50-60 gms coriander leaves


  • 10-12 nos cloves of garlic


  • 2-3 nos green chillies


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 cups water

Directions

  • To make chutney,take coriander leaves,garlic cloves and green chillies and grind them
  • Peel and slice potatoes in roundrels about 1 cm thick
  • Add turmeric powder and salt to the chutney and mix well
  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker .
  • Dip the potato slices in chutney and put them in pressure cooker.
  • Add the leftover chutney also
  • Add water as required to make a slight gravy.
  • Cook on high flame for 2 whistles and then on low flame for 3-4 mins.
  • Serve hot with rotis or paranthas
