To make chutney,take coriander leaves,garlic cloves and green chillies and grind them
Peel and slice potatoes in roundrels about 1 cm thick
Add turmeric powder and salt to the chutney and mix well
Heat oil in a pressure cooker .
Dip the potato slices in chutney and put them in pressure cooker.
Add the leftover chutney also
Add water as required to make a slight gravy.
Cook on high flame for 2 whistles and then on low flame for 3-4 mins.
Serve hot with rotis or paranthas
