Serves : 4
  • 100 gms paneer cubes large in size

  • 2 nos onion finely choped

  • 1 cups onion chopped

  • 5 nos tomato finely chopped

  • 1 nos capsicum dice in cut

  • 1 nos bay leaf

  • 1 inch cinnamon

  • 2-3 nos cardamom

  • 6-8 nos cashew nut

  • 4-5 nos cloves garlic

  • 2 nos green chilli

  • 2 inch ginger chopped finger shape

  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt as per taste

  • 1/2 tsp coriander leaves

  • 4 tbsp cooking oil

  • 1 cups water as required

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 2 tbsp curd

  • 1/4 tsp kasoori methi

  • 1/4 tsp coriander leaves


  • Add 2 tbsp Oil in a pan. Add Paneer Cubes and Roste on both side. Keep aside.
  • Add Chopped Onion, Garlic, Cashew nut and green chilli in same pan. Cover it. Cook until tomatoes are soften. Cool Completely and Blend to smooth paste. keep aside.
  • Take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil. Now add Bay leaf, Cinnamon and Cardamom. Saute it for 2 minutes. Filter out all Spices from oil (Only flavour required).
  • Add Cumin seeds in a same oil. Saute it. Add finely Chopped Onion, capsicum and Ginger. Saute it for 2 minutes.
  • Now add Prepared paste. Mix well. Further add Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder and Turmeric Powder. Saute it for few minutes.
  • Now add water as required. Add Curd at low flame. Add Salt as per taste. Mix well. Further add mash Kasoori methi.
  • Add Rosted Paneer Cubes. Mix Genetly. Cook for 2 minutes. Garnish it with Coriander leaves.
  • Paneer Lahori is ready. It can be served with Tandoori Roti/ Butter naan.
