For Kulcha : All purpose flour 3 cups
Baking powder 1 tsp
Curd 1 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
chopped garlic 5 tsp
Coriander leaves 5 tsp
For matar paneer : paneer 250 gms
Peas 1 cups
Green chilli_ coriander leaves paste 3 tsp
Finely chopped onion 3 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
tomato paste 2 tsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
kasuri methi 1 tsp
Sugar 1/4 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Butter cube(for Kulcha) 4 nos
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
For kulcha make a dough of all kulcha ingredients.Cover it & keep aside.
After an hour, take a portion from dough,roll it with the help of roller pin,apply some water on one side of kulcha.Then put some chopped garlic & coriander leaves.
Heat a pan, put the kulcha on it,.Fry it for 2 mins,then turn the frying pan on the top Of the gas.Roast it for 2 to 3 Mins more.Kulcha is ready.Apply butter on it.
For matar paneer ,,Heat 2tspn oil,add cumin seeds & let it crackle.
Add chopped onion ,ginger garlic paste,tomato paste & green chilli_coriander leaves paste.Add few drops of water & fry it for 5 to 7 mins.
Add peas & all spices.
Add slightly fried paneer cubes,sugar & salt.
Cover it & cook it in low flame for 5 m8ns.
Add little water,garam masala & cook it 2 mins more.
Add crushed kasuri methi & switch off the flame.Its ready now
Serve it with hot kulcha,salad & raita.
