Firstly take pan put oil heat it, then add Coriander seeds, yellow mustard seeds, black mustard seeds, carom seeds and crackle them.
Then add grapes, salt, red chilli powder and saute for 2 min.
After that add amchur powder and mix it nicely. Then put in jar.
You kept outside for 1 week and in fridge for 1 months.
Note: After washing the grapes, dry it. Because if water is there pickle didn't stay for long.
