Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 kgs grapes


  • 1 tsp coriander seeds


  • 1 tsp carom seeds


  • 1 tsp black mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp yellow mustard seeds


  • 1 tbsp mustard oil


  • 1 tbsp amchur powder


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions

  • Firstly take pan put oil heat it, then add Coriander seeds, yellow mustard seeds, black mustard seeds, carom seeds and crackle them.
  • Then add grapes, salt, red chilli powder and saute for 2 min. 
  • After that add amchur powder and mix it nicely. Then put in jar.
  • You kept outside for 1 week and in fridge for 1 months.
  • Note: After washing the grapes, dry it. Because if water is there pickle didn't stay for long.
