Ingredients

Serves 12

  • gram flour 1 cups

  • ground sugar / icing sugar 1 cups

  • ghee / clarified butter 1/3 cups

  • dry fruits as required (cashews & raisins) 12 nos

  • cardamum powder 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Fry gram flour with ghee on a medium flame / heat for 15min untill golden colour

  • 02

    Transfer the hot mixture onto a plate

  • 03

    Let it cool down for about 5 min

  • 04

    Then mix grounded sugar and cardamom powder with the cooled mixture

  • 05

    Take small amount of the mixture and Make round balls using your palm untill the balls don't break

  • 06

    After the balls are made press any desired metal / plastic symbolic shapes for attraction
