  • 2 cups spinach

  • 1.5 cups makki atta(corn meal)

  • 1 pinch salt to taste

  • 1 tsp carom seeds(ajwain)

  • 1 tsp red chilli to taste

  • 1 nos green chilli

  • 1 tsp ginger grated


  • Grate Radish in a bowl and add spices, methi and corn meal to it.
  • Add appropriate amount of Water to knead the soft dough.
  • Take a dough ball and start patting in circular motion very gently.
  • Makki ki roti is ready to go on tawa.
  • cook it till done from one side and apply ghee or butter on it and cook from other side.
  • Serve hot with butter, ghee or Masala Curd
