Ingredients

  • 250 gms kaddu


  • 2 cups kala chana


  • 2 tsp adrak lahsun paste


  • 1 tsp lal mirch powder


  • 1 tsp haldi powder


  • 1 tsp dhania powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1/2 tsp amchur powder


  • 1 pinch hing


  • 1 tsp namak sabji ke liye


  • 4 nos tejpatte


  • 1 tbsp oil (sabji ke liye)


  • 2 cups atta


  • 1 cups sooji


  • 1 cups safed udad dal


  • 1 tsp adrak paste( kachhori ke liye)


  • 1 tsp jeera (kachhori ke liye)


  • 1/2 tsp saunff (kachhori ke liye)


  • 1 tsp dhania powder (kachhori ke liye)


  • 1/2 tsp hing (kachhori ke liye)


  • 1 tsp namak (kachhori ke liye)


  • 1/2 cups oil (moyan ke liye)


  • 3 cups oil ( deep fry ke liye)

Directions

  • Chane ko dhokar 6 ghanto ke liye bhigo de aur Udad dal ko grinder me pis kar powder bana le.
  • Atte me sooji, udad dal aur moyan ka oil dal kar achhi tarah se mix kar le.
  • Kachhori ki sabhi samagri ko atte me mila ke halka sakht atta gooth le.
  • Goothe hue atte ko dhak ker 1 ghante ke liye rakh de.
  • Chane ko pressure cooker me ubal le.
  • Kaddu ko chilkar tukdo me kat le.
  • Kadahi me tel garam karke hing aur tejpatta dale.
  • Adrak lahsun paste ko dale aur 1 minute tak bhune.
  • Sabhi sukhe masale milaye aur 2 minutes dhimi aanch per bhun le.
  • Bhune hue masale me kaddu aur namak dal kar milaye aur dhak kar galne tak pakaye.
  • Kaddu gal jane per use masher se mash kar le.
  • Uble hue chane aur 2 cup pani dale aur 20 minutes tak pakaye.
  • Deep fry pan me 3 cup oil garam kare.
  • Goothe hue atte ki patali patali kachhoriya bele aur garam tel me tal le.
  • Garam garam kachhoriyo ko sabji ke saath serve kare.
