  • 1 cups washed and dried bhindi or okra or ladyfinger

  • 2 nos onion

  • 4-5 nos cloves of garlic

  • 2 nos ginger grated and green chilli grated

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 1/2 tbsp red chilli

  • 1/2 tbsp kitchen king

  • 1/3 tbsp black pepper

  • 1/3 tbsp jeera

  • 3 tbsp sarso ka oil or sunflower oil.


  • First Of All Cut Bhindi Upper And Lower Portion And Left Cut Into Small Pieces.
  • Heat The Pan And Put Sarso Ka Oil.
  • Make Properly Hot The Oil.Put Inside Bhindi To Fry For Some Seconds.
  • Now After 5 To 6 Seconds After Frying Separate Bhindi From Oil And In Same Oil Put Jeera.
  • Make Little Brown The Jeera And Put Onion Garlic Ginger Green Chilli Inside Pan.
  • Make Litte Brown The Material And Put Turmeric Or Haldi,Kitchen King,Black Pepper, Little Bit Chaat Masala.
  • Mix All Things Well And Please Important Thing Never Cover While Preparing The Bhindi.
  • Most Important Thing Is To Make Best Bhindi Fry.Put Salt In The End Just Few Seconds Before Turn Off The Gas.
  • Now Mix Well All With Salt At Low Flame.Your Masala Fry Bhindi Is Ready To Eat
