Ingredients

Serves 2

  • black chickpeas boiled 2 cups

  • large onion chopped 1 nos

  • garam masala 2 tsp

  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

  • clove powder 1/2 tsp

  • cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

  • freshly chopped corriander 1 tsp

  • salt or as per taste 1 tsp

  • chat masala 1/2 tsp

  • chickpea flour 3 tsp

  • chopped green chillies 2 nos

  • desiccated coconut powder 1/2 tsp

  • Oil for frying 3-4 cups

Directions

    Make a smooth paste of boiled black chickpeas and keep in a bowl

    Add salt, pepper, garam masala, clove powder, cardamom powder, chat masala, chopped onions, corriander and green chillies

  • 03

    Mix them and add chickpea flour with black chikpea mix

  • 04

    Now make small balls or kabab like shape and keep then in fridge for 2hrs

  • 05

    You can directly fry them but if refrigerate them they never break

  • 06

    Golden fry them and serve hot with green chutney
