Heat oil in a wok and add garam masala, corriander powder, coconut, chana masala and stir well
Now add boiled chickpeas and saute for 4-5mins until masala get coated
Add salt, pepper, lemon juice and chat masala as per taste and cook for 5 more mins
Burn charcoal on gas stove and put in a small bowl in between chickpeas
Pour some ghee on charcoal and cover with lid
After 2 mins open the lid and garnish with onion rings and corriander
Serve hot
