Ingredients
Serves 2
paneer 250 gms
spinach 1/2 kgs
cumin 1/2 tsp
asafoetida 1 pinch
boiled tomatoes puree 4 nos
boiled onion puree 1 nos
ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
cream 1/2 cups
garam masala 1 tsp
butter 2 tsp
mastard oil 2 tsp
pure ghee 1 tsp
green chilli paste 2 nos
salt(as per taste) 1-2 tsp
freshly chopped corriander 2 tsp
turmeric 1 pinch
Directions
Boil and make puree of spinach
Now heat mastard oil and pure ghee in a wok and add cumin seeds
Now add ginger garlic paste, onion puree and saute
Now add turmeric, salt, garam masala and chilli paste
Now add tomatoe puree and cook until oil separates
Now add spinach puree and cook for 5mins
Cut small pieces of paneer and golden fry in butter
Now add fried paneer in spinach gravy and mix gently
Now add cream and off the flame
Garnish with corriander and serve
