Rajma - 1 cup Onions - 2 medium finely chopped Tomatoes - 2 medium pureed Ginger garlic chilli paste - 1 tbsp Salt to taste Haldi - 1 tsp Lal mirch powder - 1 tsp Dhania powder - 1tsp Rajma masala -1tsp Garam masala- 1/2 tsp Mustard oil - 1 tbsp Hing - 1/2 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
Directions
Wash n soak rajma overnight or 5- 6 hrs Boil rajma till tender. Now heat oil toll smoking point. Add hing then add chopped onions . Cook till pinkish then add ginger garlic chillie paste. Then add tomato puree. Cook well. Add all dry masalas. Cook till oil separates. Then add boiled rajmas . Add sufficient water. Pressure cook for 2 whistles. Take out in serving bowl.garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with steam rice.
