Wash n soak rajma overnight or 5- 6 hrs
Boil rajma till tender.
Now heat oil toll smoking point. Add hing then add chopped onions . Cook till pinkish then add ginger garlic chillie paste.
Then add tomato puree. Cook well. Add all dry masalas. Cook till oil separates.
Then add boiled rajmas . Add sufficient water. Pressure cook for 2 whistles.
Take out in serving bowl.garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with steam rice.
