Ingredients

  • 2 cup all purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup split moong daal

  • 1 tea spoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon ajwain

  • 200 ml oil

  • 1 tea spoon red chilli powder

  • 4 tea spoon coriander powder

  • 1 teaspoon amchoor powder

  • 1/2 tea spoon chat masala

  • 2 pinch hing

  • 1/2 tea spoon jeera

  • 2 boiled potatoes

  • 1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tea spoon fennel seeds

    wash and soak moong daal for 2 hours.

    now cook daal in wok with salt and 1/4 tea spoon turmeric powder and 1 cup water for 15 minutes or till it become soft.

    now dry all water by continuous stiring

    now add 1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder, 2 tea spoon coriander powder, 1/2 tea spoon chat masala, 1/2 tea spoon anchor powder, 1/2 tea spoon fennel seeds and 1 pinch hing.

    Now take all purposes flour, add salt, ajwain and 50 ml oil for moyan.

    Knead tight dough using water .

    Keep aside for 30 minutes.

    After 30 minutes take small ball, roll little , apply little oil and fill 1 tea spoon stuffing.

    Close from edges .

    Again roll very little.

    And dip fry in hot oil at medium flame.

    Kachori is ready

    Take 1 table sooon oil in pan.

    Add 1 pinch hing, jeera.

    Add red chili powder .

    Add half messed potatoes.

    Add rest of spices salt, 2 tea spoon coriander powder, 1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder, 1/2 tea spoon amchor powder.

    Mix well and add 3 cup water.

    Boil for 5 to 10 minutes and turn off the gas.

    Moong daal kachori with alu ki sabji is ready to serve.
