Fish- 1/2 kg
Coconut grated- 1 1/2 cup
Bimbli ( ഇരുമ്പൻ പുളി) - 8 nos
Small onion-5 nos
Coconut oil-2tbs
Red chilli powder-1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Salt-1tsp
Curry leaves-2 strings
Directions
Grind grated coconut, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder,and small onion.
Clean the fish and add the ground paste.Then cut the bimbliand add to the mix along with enough salt
Swich on the stove and boil the curry.Then sim the flame andcook for 10 minutes.When the gravy thickens swich off the stove add coconut oil and curry leaves.
Kerala fish curry is ready to serve.
