Ingredients

  • Wheat flour 1 cup


  • Potato 2


  • Brinjal 4


  • Onion 3


  • Gilki 2


  • Garlic 2


  • Red chilli powder 2 tsp


  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp


  • Salt 1 tsp


  • Arhar daal 1/2 cup


  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp


  • Rice 1/2 cup


  • Bijore 2


  • Papad 2


  • Boondi 1 tbsp


  • Curd 1 cup


  • Coriander leaves 1/2 tbsp


  • Jaggery 1 tsp


  • Green chilli 4 tsp


  • Red chilli 2


  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp


  • Musturd seeds 1 tsp


  • Coriander powder 2 tsp


  • Asafoetida 1/2 tsp


  • Ghee 2 tsp

Directions

  • For roti prepare a dough .make chapati with roller and bake it over gas
  • For bharwan bhata Sabzi prepate onion ginger garlic paste
  • Heat oil saute onion paste
  • Add spices and salt
  • Peel potatoes cut from center with one side intact
  • Fill onion paste then cook till soft
  • For gilki veg peel gilki.chop onion.
  • Heat oil in a pan .add chopped onion add spices and salt
  • Add gilki and let ot completely cook
  • Cook daal in pressure cooker by adding turmeric powder and salt
  • Temper it with mustard seeds asafoetida garnish with coriander leaves
  • Cook rice in pressure cooker
  • Fry bijore and papad in oil
  • Grind coriander leaves green chilli garlic ginger salt cumin seeds to make gren chutney
  • Make buttermilk of curd add boondis crackle musturd seeds asafoetida .
  • Add red chilli powder coriander leaves
  • Enjoy delicious traditional thali
