Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 tbsp custard powder


  • 1/2cup vermicelli


  • 1/2litre milk


  • 1/2cup sugar


  • 4gulab jamun


  • 4 white rasgulla


  • 2 packs colouful jelly


  • 1 cup chopped mixed fruits


  • 1/2cup condensed milk


  • 1 cup rabri


  • 1/2cup chopped dry fruits

Directions

  • take out 1/2cup.milk and add rest milk in a thick bottom pan and Boil milk add sugar
  • Roast vermicelli in another pan
  • Add vermicelli in boiling milk
  • Add custard powder in 1/2cup milk
  • Mix well and add in boiling milk.
  • Cook for 4 minutes..
  • Kerp aside for cooling
  • After cooling add rabri condensed milk
  • Add fruits and keep.in refrigerator for cooling
  • Before serving add fruits dry fruits chopped gulab jamun and rasgulle .
  • Put into beautiful glasses
  • Keep for cooling
  • Serve chilled glasses filled with traditional doodh dulari
