Put the kheer one tsp ghee, sugar, cardamom powder, and grated coconut in wok and mix well.
Keep stirring on high heat till the mixture becomes sticky.
Grade a half moon shaped dice (chandrapuli mould) or a mould of your choice and put a little of the mixture in it and press with your fingers.
Carefully remove after a few minutes so that chandrapuli doesn't break.
Similarly make more chandra pulis with the remaining ingredients.
Serve garnished with chopped raisins and cashew it's.
