  • 200 ml kheer

  • 200 gms sugar

  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

  • 1 nos coconut grated

  • 15 gms raisins chopped

  • 25 gms cashewnuts chopped

  • 1 tsp ghee


  • Put the kheer one tsp ghee, sugar, cardamom powder, and grated coconut in wok and mix well.
  • Keep stirring on high heat till the mixture becomes sticky.
  • Grade a half moon shaped dice (chandrapuli mould) or a mould of your choice and put a little of the mixture in it and press with your fingers.
  • Carefully remove after a few minutes so that chandrapuli doesn't break.
  • Similarly make more chandra pulis with the remaining ingredients.
  • Serve garnished with chopped raisins and cashew it's.
