Peel the potatoes and cube them.
Cut the ends of ladyfingers and slit them longitudinally.
Blanch the tomatoes and make a puree and sieve it
In a pressure cooker take oil and saute the vegetables slightly and keep them aside.
In the same oil,add cumin seeds,fenugreek seeds,curry leaves,asafetida and green chillies and saute them till the seeds splutter.
Add the tomato puree to it.
Add the vegetables, rice and more water .
Add salt and mix it all well.
Close the pressure cooker and let it simmer for 15 mins after 2 whistles.
Let the pressure go off and then serve it hot.
