Rajasthani style palak #paneer
Recipe:
Ingredients
2 cups spinach ( blanched squeeze out the water & finely chopped )
1 n half cups of grated paneer
4 - 5 large red tomatoes ( boiled n grinder to paste )
3 green cardamom
2 teaspoon cornflower
1 teaspoon Finely chopped garlic
4 cloves
2 mace
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 teaspoon Ginger paste
1 Red chilly powder
2 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon Fenugreek ( tawa roast n powdered )
2 tablespoon fresh cream
1/2 teaspoon Garam massala powder .
1 bowl Curd fresh
2 or 3 dry red chilles
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon butter
Method :
Take the finely chopped spinach squeeze out the water throughly, take little oil in a pan add chopped garlic n fry till golden add in the chopped spinach . Fry till it is dry by adding salt to it .
Take paneer add salt little Garam massala mix them well n make small piece of paneer .
For gravy
Take little oil n butter in a deep pan let it heat add cumin seeds let the seeds splatter then add in cardamoms , cloves & mace . Add ginger paste n fry pour in the tomato paste . Add curd and fry till it give colours to the vegetable .Add salt n all dry massalas , cover n cook over low flame till the tomatoes are done n starts leaving oil add cream n mix it properly . Strain the gravy nicely .
. Serve it hot with rice or chapati .
