Ingredients

250-300g boneless chicken
2 tbsp cream
2 tbsp hung curd
8-9 almonds
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
9-10 cashews
3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Directions
blend cashews, almonds, hung curd and lemon to creamy paste
Marinate chicken with paste and remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours or overnight
Preheat oven to 220. Line baking tray with greased foil
Insert chicken into skewers. Place over baking tray
Grill for 20 minutes, flip and then grill again for 15 minutes
Brush butter over grilled kebabs
Serve hot with chutney
