Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 250-300g boneless chicken


  • 2 tbsp cream


  • 2 tbsp hung curd


  • 8-9 almonds


  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste


  • 9-10 cashews


  • 3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Directions

  • blend cashews, almonds, hung curd and lemon to creamy paste
  • Marinate chicken with paste and remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours or overnight
  • Preheat oven to 220. Line baking tray with greased foil
  • Insert chicken into skewers. Place over baking tray
  • Grill for 20 minutes, flip and then grill again for 15 minutes
  • Brush butter over grilled kebabs
  • Serve hot with chutney
