Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup of whole wheat flour


  • 2 medium onions chopped


  • 4 green chillies finely chopped


  • 1 teaspoon salt or Salt to taste


  • 2 teaspoon red chilli powder


  • 1/4 cup of oil to add in dough oil as required to cook the koki


  • Water as required to make the tight dough around 1/2 cup


  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp Jeera


  • 1 tsp dried pomegranate seeds

Directions

  • make using all the ingredients
  • the dough should be semi soft
  • Roll the dough with rolling pin
  • Cook on medium high heat on griddle
  • Add oil to make crisp
  • Serve hot with pickle and curd
