Ingredients

1 cup of whole wheat flour
2 medium onions chopped
4 green chillies finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt or Salt to taste
2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/4 cup of oil to add in dough oil as required to cook the koki
Water as required to make the tight dough around 1/2 cup
1/4 cup coriander leaves
1 tsp Jeera
1 tsp dried pomegranate seeds
Directions
make using all the ingredients
the dough should be semi soft
Roll the dough with rolling pin
Cook on medium high heat on griddle
Add oil to make crisp
Serve hot with pickle and curd
