mix both the flours together
heat the milk and add sugar in it so that the sugar dissolves in the milk
Add ellachi powder to the milk
add oil to the flour and mix it to obtain a crumbly texture
now make dough with the help of milk
The dough should be little hard
now roll the dough with the Rolling pin and cut into desired shapes
make the slits in the dough
deep fry on high flame for few minutes and and slow flame for few minutes till golden
when their warm coat with them out with them powdered sugar and dry fruits
