  • 1 kg APF

  • 300 grams whole wheat flour

  • 200 grams oil

  • 1 glass of milk

  • 5 cups of oil to Deep fry

  • 350 grams of sugar

  • powdered sugar to coat 1 cup

  • Ellachi pwd 1 spoon

  • Dry fruits as per choice chopped to coat 1 cup


  • mix both the flours together
  • heat the milk and add sugar in it so that the sugar dissolves in the milk
  • Add ellachi powder to the milk
  • add oil to the flour and mix it to obtain a crumbly texture
  • now make dough with the help of milk
  • The dough should be little hard
  • now roll the dough with the Rolling pin and cut into desired shapes
  • make the slits in the dough
  • deep fry on high flame for few minutes and and slow flame for few minutes till golden
  • when their warm coat with them out with them powdered sugar and dry fruits
