  • 1 cups grated dry coconut

  • 12-15 nos cloves garlic

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • Grind garlic,chilli powder and salt together.
  • Now add garlic and dry coconut. Grind into a coarse chutney.
  • Dry garlic-coconut chutney is ready
  • Dry garlic-coconut chutney can be served with batata wada. It can also be relished with bhakri. Chutney must be stored in an air tight container.
