Mix in all ingredients except water and oil.
Add two to three tbsp of ghee and mix well
The flour should become crumbly in nature
Add some water and make a stiff dough
Rest a bit if u wish
Divide the dough into equal balls
Take a portion Add some ghee in the inner side and roll with palms to make equal sized balls
Preheat an oven to 180 degrees
Place the baatis on lower rack and cook for 15 minutes
Transfer them to higher rack and bake at grill mode for 5 more minutes.
Remove and dip them in the bowl of ghee
Serve with dal.
