Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Wheat flour 2 cup


  • Besan 4 tbsp


  • Suji 4 tbsp


  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp


  • Salt 1 tsp


  • Hing 1 pinch


  • Ghee 1 bowl


  • Carom seeds 1 tsp


  • Water 1 cup

Directions

  • Mix in all ingredients except water and oil.
  • Add two to three tbsp of ghee and mix well
  • The flour should become crumbly in nature
  • Add some water and make a stiff dough
  • Rest a bit if u wish
  • Divide the dough into equal balls
  • Take a portion Add some ghee in the inner side and roll with palms to make equal sized balls
  • Preheat an oven to 180 degrees
  • Place the baatis on lower rack and cook for 15 minutes
  • Transfer them to higher rack and bake at grill mode for 5 more minutes.
  • Remove and dip them in the bowl of ghee
  • Serve with dal.
  • Enjoy
