4-5 nos mangoes (any variety of your choice)
1/4 cups jaggery or according to sweetness of mango
1/2 tsp dry ginger powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/8 tsp salt to enhance the taste
Clean and soften the mango by squeezing gently. Take out all the flash from mango stone.
Add jaggery adjusting the sweetness of mango dry ginger powder black pepper powder and A Pinch of salt in the blender.
Just spurt the mixture Blender don't do too much.
Serve immediately with hot puri or you can Chill and serve as dessert.
