  • 4-5 nos mangoes (any variety of your choice)

  • 1/4 cups jaggery or according to sweetness of mango

  • 1/2 tsp dry ginger powder

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder

  • 1/8 tsp salt to enhance the taste


  • Clean and soften the mango by squeezing gently. Take out all the flash from mango stone.
  • Add jaggery adjusting the sweetness of mango dry ginger powder black pepper powder and A Pinch of salt in the blender.
  • Just spurt the mixture Blender don't do too much.
  • Serve immediately with hot puri or you can Chill and serve as dessert.
