Serves : 3
  • 7-8 nos bread slices

  • 1 cups oil or ghee for frying

  • 1 litre milk

  • 150 gms milk powder

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 2-3 nos cardamom

  • 2 tbsp almond chopped

  • 2 tbsp cashew chopped

  • 2 tbsp pista chopped

  • 4-5 nos saffron strands


  • Cut each bread sliced triangle form keep aside in plate
  • Heat oil in a kadai or pan fry bread triangle slices until they turn brown
  • Remove fried slices on kitchen tissue paper
  • Keep aside in plate
  • Pour the milk on a cooking pot sprinkle the milk powder and sugar and stir continusely
  • Heat the milk until thikens down to a quarter of its
  • When the milk starts bubbling add the cardamoms powder and stir well
  • Place the fried bread slices in plate pour thickened milk on it
  • Garnishe with chopped almonds ,cashunuts , pista and saffron strands
  • Set aside in a fridge to chill for 15 minutes or eat which form you like
