Cut each bread sliced triangle form keep aside in plate
Heat oil in a kadai or pan fry bread triangle slices until they turn brown
Remove fried slices on kitchen tissue paper
Keep aside in plate
Pour the milk on a cooking pot sprinkle the milk powder and sugar and stir continusely
Heat the milk until thikens down to a quarter of its
When the milk starts bubbling add the cardamoms powder and stir well
Place the fried bread slices in plate pour thickened milk on it
Garnishe with chopped almonds ,cashunuts , pista and saffron strands
Set aside in a fridge to chill for 15 minutes or eat which form you like
