Firstly take a bowl add wheat flour, rava, 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, 1/2 tsp corrainder seeds, 1 /2 tsp salt, 2 tbs ghee, thyme seeds nd water nd Make a dough. Keep aside for 10 minuts .now from dough make a round shape bowl nd keep in bati cooker on low flame for 20 to 30 minuts
Now for daal mix all daal soaked for one hour then drain the water. now put the all daal in cooker nd add 1 chopped tomato, choopped green chilli nd cooked it for 2 or 3 whistle
When the daal cooked add 1 cup water nd boil it. Now take a pan add oil, bay leave, cumim seeds, aesofetedia, ginger garlic paste , Tomato, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, nd sauthe it for 5 to 7 min. Tadka is ready now put it on daal . Daal is ready garnish with corrainder leaves
For gatta curry -- take a bowl add gram floue, curd, salt, chilli powder, turmeric pwder, garam masala, baking soda, kasuri methi, fennel seeds, corrainder seeds, thyme seeds, cumin seeds, aesofetedia, corrainder leave nd 2 tsp oil. Mix well make a dough.
When the roll boil drain it form water nd cut into a small piece nd fry it on ghee
Now take a pan add 2 tbs ghee put jeera, hing, bay leave, spluttered them then add tomato, green chilli, nd sauthe it for 2 min. now take a bowl add curd nd all masala, mix very well nd put it on gravy, nd cook it till the oil will separate
Now put gatta on this curry nd add 1 cup water. Nd boil it for 5 min. Gatta curry ready
