Grease the plate or tray to set the burfi
Dry roast the til till slightly brown or pop up do not over roast it
Take it out in a plate.. In the same pan add ghee and roast rava till aroma exists
Make sugar syrup check it while dropping it with spoon if the last drop falls like a thread it's means that syrup is ready
Add roasted rava and til in it and mix it
Add cardamom powder and chopped kaju in it and transfer the batter in the greased tray
Level it with spoon and spread chopped badam and pista and let it set
When cools down cut in desire shape
