  • 1 cup rava

  • 1 cup white sesame seeds(til)

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1/2 ghee

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 2 tbsp Chopped kaju

  • 2 tbsp Chopped badam and pista

  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • Grease the plate or tray to set the burfi
  • Dry roast the til till slightly brown or pop up do not over roast it
  • Take it out in a plate.. In the same pan add ghee and roast rava till aroma exists
  • Make sugar syrup check it while dropping it with spoon if the last drop falls like a thread it's means that syrup is ready
  • Add roasted rava and til in it and mix it
  • Add cardamom powder and chopped kaju in it and transfer the batter in the greased tray
  • Level it with spoon and spread chopped badam and pista and let it set
  • When cools down cut in desire shape
