Wash the dal and add it in pressure cooker with water, salt and red chilli powder. Cook for around 3-4 whistles.
Take a bowl. Add milk, curd and cream. Whisk well.
Dry roast cloves and cardamom. Grind it to fine powder after roasting them.
When the dal gets cooked, mash it with the back of the ladle. Add to it, curd cream mix and roasted powder. Cook open for 7-8 minutes
Heat a coal piece. Put it in a bowl. Add one tablespoon ghee over it and put that bowl in dal and cook covered on sim for 10 minutes.
For tadka, heat a pan. Add ghee. Add jeera, garlic and red chilli powder.
Pour the tadka over dal. Garnish with Green chilli
