Ingredients

  • Brinjal 1


  • Onions 1 cup


  • Salt 1 pinch


  • Red chilly powder 1 spoon


  • Turmeric powder 1 spoon


  • Coriander powder 1 spoon


  • Garam masala 1 spoon


  • Garlic 1/4 cup


  • Oil 2 spoons


  • Mustard seeds 1 spoon


  • Hing 1 spoon


  • Sugar 1 spoon

Directions

  • Grease oil on brinjal and roast it from all sides and let it cool for sometime and remove purple part.
  • In a bowl take peeled brinjal and mash it.
  • Now add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, sugar and mix well.
  • In a tadka pan add oil, mustard seeds, hing, onions, garlic and pour it in brinjal mixture.
  • Mix well and serve with paratha, roti or bhakri.
