Ingredients

Serves : 30
  • 250 gms lemon


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 200 gms sugar


  • 1 tsp dried ginger (soonth) powder


  • 2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder


  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper


  • 1 tsp black salt


  • 4 cloves

Directions

  • Cut the lemon into in 4 pieces and add salt to it.
  • Keep it for about few minutes or until its water comes out.
  • Put it in a wok and keep it on gas, without stirring it.
  • As it will boil n bubbles comes put off the gas.
  • Cool it.
  • On next day add the spices and keep aside for 2-3 days.
