Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 3 cups full fat milk


  • 1/2 cup crumbled chenna


  • 6 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 2 unsalted almonds chopped


  • 5 unsalted pistachos chopped


  • 5-6 saffron strands


  • 5 cashews chopped


  • 1 tsp rose water

Directions

  • Take milk in a wide bottom pan and simmer it on low flame
  • when the milk comes to boil , crumbke the chennna add chenna and keep aside.Add cardamom powdr and chopped dry fruits.
  • When milk starts thickening add sugar and continue to cook for 5 minutes. keep stirring to avoid burning.
  • Add crumbled chenna and cook for 5 minutes till it is cooked.
  • Add rose water or you can use kewra water too.
