Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 300 gram Chikpi flour (Besan)


  • 200 gram Sugar


  • ½ cup water


  • Saffron pinch


  • 2 tsp Cardamom powder


  • 250 gram ghee


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 1 tbsp milk


  • 2 tbsp khoya

Directions

  • Add ghee and milk in Chikpi flour and keep it for Mau-in for 10 min. Strain flour with a strainer
  • Heat ghee in a pan. Roast flour until it is golden brown
  • Make 1 ½ thread sugar syrup and add saffron and cardamom After roasting flour add khoya
  • Add sugar syrup and mix well ,Greese the dish and put the mohanthad in dish and garnish with dry fruits,
