300 gram Chikpi flour (Besan)
200 gram Sugar
½ cup water
Saffron pinch
2 tsp Cardamom powder
250 gram ghee
1 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp milk
2 tbsp khoya
Directions
Add ghee and milk in Chikpi flour and keep it for Mau-in for 10 min. Strain flour with a strainer
Heat ghee in a pan. Roast flour until it is golden brown
Make 1 ½ thread sugar syrup and add saffron and cardamom After roasting flour add khoya
Add sugar syrup and mix well ,Greese the dish and put the mohanthad in dish and garnish with dry fruits,
