Ingredients

  • For Luchi... All purpose flour...2cup


  • Salt...1tspn


  • Oil...2cup for frying


  • For dum aloo... Boiled potato...500 gm


  • Chopped onion...1


  • Ginger garlic paste...1tspn


  • Tomato...2


  • Kashmiri red chilli powder...4


  • Cloves...2


  • Green cardamon...2


  • Cinnamon stick...1


  • Turmeric powder...1tspn


  • Red chilli powder...1tspn


  • Garam masala...1/2tspn


  • Sugar...1/4teaspn


  • Green chilli...2


  • Salt...1teaspn


  • Oil...5tspn

Directions

  • For luchi, make a dough of flour,salt,1tspn oil & required water.Cover it & keep aside.
  • After 15 mins, take small portion from dough,roll it & deep fry it.
  • For dum aloo, firstly boil the tomato & kashmiri red chillies.Make it cool & make a paste of it.
  • Heat oil & fry the boiled potatoes.After done, take out from oil.
  • Now add whole spices & fry it for 1 to 2 mins.
  • Add chopped onion ,ginger garlic paste.Saute it for few mins.
  • After that add tomato chilli paste & stir it constantly
  • Add boiled fried potatoes & all spices now.
  • Add salt ,sugar & 2 cup of hot water.Cover it & let it cook.
  • After 5 to 7 mins open the lid.Check gravy,add garam masala & switch off the flame
  • Its ready now.Serve it with luchi, spicy sour & sweet curd & salad.
