  • Mutton mince 250 gm

  • Onion chopped 2

  • Onion slice 1

  • Tomato 3

  • Poppy seeds 1 tablespoon

  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon

  • Coriander powder 3 teaspoon

  • Salt 1 teaspoon

  • Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon

  • Coriander leaves 1 tablespoon

  • Oil 1 cup

  • Bajra flour 2 cup

  • Wheat flour 1 cup

  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon

  • Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon

  • Potato 3


  • Make a paste of tomatoes and poppy seeda separately.. cut the potatoes in cubes and keep a side
  • In a pot heat oil now add slice onion and saute till golden brown color
  • Now add tomato paste, ginger garlic paste and poppy seed paste mix it well
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala and Coriander powder mix it well.. add 1 cup of water and saute until oil comes above
  • In a big bowl add mince along with all remaining spices & chopped onion mix it well all the things and make a small balls
  • Now add these balls in a gravy along with potatoes cubes mix well add water and cooked till its become soft and tender
  • When it's become soft adjust a gravy in thick consistency topped with coriander leaves and serve
  • In a bowl add bajra and wheat flour and salt mix well and make a soft dough
  • Now make a small small chapati like regular CHAPATI and cooked on hot tawa
  • Serve hot with slice onion and curd
