In a bowl add wheat flour, 1 tbsp oil, salt and water. mix well. Make soft dough of it. Cover it and let it rest for 15 minutes.
In a bowl combine crushed bhujiya, dry masalas, 1 tbsp oil and mix well.
Divide the dough in small balls. using fingers make basket shape and fill the bhujiya in it. Seal it properly. Repeat the same process for remaining balls.
Now start rolling the balls. Gently press it and roll like chapati.
Heat a pan. Cook the poori from both side by drizzling oil on it little by little.
Serve hot with curd or pickle.
