Ingredients
Serves 2
1 cup Ragi flour
2 cup water
1 spoon salt
1 thick bottomed vessel or aluminum vessel or non-stick vessel
1 wooden stick or normal spoon
Directions
First take vessel and kept on stove add 2 cup of water and 1 spoon of ragi flour and 1 spoon salt mixed it well
Then close the vessel, wait for few minutes untill bubbles comes fastly
Then add remaining ragi flour to vessel and stirred well then leave it for 3-4 minutes
Then touch the flour using wet hand if it doesn't hold to your hands then its ready else wait for few minutes
Then using with spoon or wooden stick take ragi dough in wet hands and make your own shape like round,oval as your comfort
