Ingredients

Serves 1

  • tomato - 1 medium chopped

  • snake beans -3 chopped

  • water -1.5 cup

  • turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

  • salt - 1/4 tsp / to taste

  • mustard oil - 1 tsp

  • cumin seeds - 2 pinch

  • garlic cloves - 2 finely chopped

  • onion -1 small finely chopped

  • curry leaves - 5

  • red chilly -2

  • raw /boiled rice - 1/2 cup

Directions

    Wash 1/2 cup rice twice with cold water.

    Put all ingredients rice, tomato, snake beans, 1.5 cup water, little turmeric powder and salt in pressure cooker then stir once. Cooked on medium heat for 2 whistle. Cooled down naturally.

    Heat one tsp oil in pan. Add cumin seeds, dry chilly, curry leaves, chopped garlic and onion in pan. Fry till pink colour. Add this in cooked rice and mix very well.
