First heat the ghee in a pan and add julien onion fry till light brown in colour
Now add whisked curd and cook for 2 minutes on low flame
When onion and curd nicely cooked add mutton pieces in this and stir
Now add corrinder, fennel, dry ginger and crushed black in it and stir nicely
Now add salt and fresh chopped corrinder and stir again
Add some water and close the lid and cook to till nicely tender
When it's tender add fried onion and cook again for 1 minute in low flame
Now Kashmir Special Dhaniwal Korma is ready to serve
Now sprinkle some fresh chopped corrinder, mint , and fried onion over the top and serve hot for more taste
