Peel the skin of the Tapioca.Wash well and keep aside.
Cut into thin round pieces.
Take 2tbs of waterand melt the salt.
Boil coconut oil and fry the pieces .When it is about to become crispy add salt water into the oil and wait until the salt water evapporise.
Take out the chips from the oil when it is crispy.
Now the Tapioca chips is ready to serve.
