  • Tapiocca-1kg

  • Coconut oil-1kg

  • Salt-1tsp


  • Peel the skin of the Tapioca.Wash well and keep aside.
  • Cut into thin round pieces.
  • Take 2tbs of waterand melt the salt.
  • Boil coconut oil and fry the pieces .When it is about to become crispy add salt water into the oil and wait until the salt water evapporise.
  • Take out the chips from the oil when it is crispy.
  • Now the Tapioca chips is ready to serve.
