In a mixer grinder, grind garlic and make fine paste. Transfer it in a bowl.
To this add salt, red chilli powder, kachari powder and mix well. Make semi thick paste by adding little water at a time. keep aside.
Note= you can add dry mango powder if you don't have kachari powder.
In a small kadai heat oil on medium flame. Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add garlic chilli paste. Stir well.
Cook it for 5-7 minutes. Switch off the flame. Transfer it to a bowl. Serve it with chapati, khooba roti, rice, paratha, bajare ki roti or khich. Enjoy. 😊
