Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 7-8 garlic cloves


  • 4-5 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 3/4 tsp salt or as needed


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds ( jeera)


  • 5-6 tbsp oil


  • 1/4 cup water


  • 1-2 tsp kachari powder

Directions

  • In a mixer grinder, grind garlic and make fine paste. Transfer it in a bowl.
  • To this add salt, red chilli powder, kachari powder and mix well. Make semi thick paste by adding little water at a time. keep aside. Note= you can add dry mango powder if you don't have kachari powder.
  • In a small kadai heat oil on medium flame. Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  • Add garlic chilli paste. Stir well.
  • Cook it for 5-7 minutes. Switch off the flame. Transfer it to a bowl. Serve it with chapati, khooba roti, rice, paratha, bajare ki roti or khich. Enjoy. 😊
