Beetroot panner masala with curd gravy
Recipe
1-Grind the Beetroot
3 -tomatoes make a paste
1-piece of ginger
Curd half bowl
1 spoon cumin seeds
Oil or butter up to you
Paneer 250 gms
Turmeric powder
Mirchi powder
Salt
Dhaniya powder
And tej patta ,garam masala and Kasturi methi
Method :
Grind all together Beetroot,tomato and ginger together make a paste and put a pan put a oil and cumin seeds and turmeric powder and put all paste and once its leave oil put a curd and simmer till it leaves more oil and than put Kasturi methi ,tej pattha and make a thick gravy put a mirchi powder and salt as per taste and put cubes of paneer ....for making more wow u can fry the cubes and put in cold water till the gravy ready and than put in this gravy all the cubes ....and garnish with almonds and coriander......and enjoy with lachha paratha ππ
