Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • FOR DOSA 4 cup rice (regular not basmati)


  • 1 cup fine black gram (split urad daal)


  • 2 tsp fenugreek seed


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • Salt to taste or 1 tsp 1 cup oil


  • For Masala...Potato boiled and mashed 2


  • Onion chopped 1 cup


  • Beans chopped 1/2 cup


  • Oil 1/2 cup


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 8 to 10 curry leaves


  • Salt 2 tsp


  • Sambhar masala 1 tbsp


  • Turmeric 1 tsp


  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp


  • Peanuts 1 tbsp

Directions

  • For dosa
  • Soak rice ,daal,fenugreek seeds al tovether for 6 hours
  • After 6 hours straun water grind it in a fine paste
  • Beat well and keep asid ein a warm place for overnight or 6 to 8 jours for fermentation
  • Now after fermentation mix it well with hands ...add sugar and salt in it
  • Keep aside...now make masala
  • Take a pan heat oil crack mustard ...fry peanuts, add curry leaves and chopped onions along with spices
  • Saute well now mix chopped beans and mashed potato mix well and cook for 5 minute son low flame by cover a lid
  • Now make dosa...take a tawa heat it...drizzle oil ...wipe it with a wet towel...now take a laddle full batter and spread on it in a very thin layer.....flame shouldd be on medium...drizzle oil from corners and some drops over it....now place masala on it...and fold it as shown in picture
